Project Assistance Request

If you or your organization needs assistance with a building project, please print, complete and mail or fax the Application Form. If there is not enough space on the form, feel free to use additional pages! Once received, your request will be forwarded to the Community Projects committee for review and clarification. After that committee's review and approval, the request must be presented to the Board of Directors for final approval and scheduling. Make sure you allow enough time (6-8 weeks minimum) for this process to happen.
